Must "enabled" and "visible" be linked? I find the new version
frustrating to use, it's not enabled half the time, and when it is
enabled, it's popping up all over the place. I like to be able to
inspect HTML at any time via Ctrl-shift-c, having to click an icon
prior to doing that kind of defeats all the utility of the keyboard
shortcut. Is there any way in the new system to get an active-but-not-
visible firebug aside from opening and minimizing it (then, of course,
closing it before navigating to another page)?

Not a fan of the new "in your face" firebug (or the "click reload"
firebug, as I've come to use it).
