FF3.5 forced a new version of FB (1.4b3) on me. It appears this also
forces the new 'Activation policy'. As not a full-time javascripter I
desperately need Firebug to stfu unless i desperately need firebug on
the _one domain that I _am working on.

Is this possible with the new version? FB only enabled for a domain(s)
I specify?

Alternately, am i really reduced to creating different FireFox
profiles so that firebug doesn't exist for my day-to-day browsing?

thx
--steve...

btw, when i say stfu (with all due respect) i'm referring to the fact
that now, borders are being drawn over page element unless i
cnt_shft_alt_I them away. I could care less about what FB does in the
background. Just leave the page alone until/unless i explicitly invoke
it. I've now spent about an hour and a half of my morning researching
this problem - just when I think I've convinced FB to stfu - i open a
new page to outlines drawn over it. geeze!
