We had this kind of interlocking options thing in 1.3; its very hard
to explain to users. So imagine that the default or the remember panel
was "never ask again" ;-)

I think users would hate this. Deactivate now but reactivate next time
is exactly the behavior that started this thread. The cause was
different: Firebug had a different idea of "next time" than users.
That is, Firebug considers http://foo.bar.com different from http://fuz.bar.com,
but users considered them to be the same. Activate Same Origin causes
the *bar.com pages to look the same to Firebug.
