Because of this line
this.annotationSvc.setPageAnnotation(uri, this.annotationName,
annotation, null, this.annotationSvc.EXPIRE_WITH_HISTORY);

I can change it to EXPIRE_NEVER. In earlier version of Firebug we had
no way to clear the annotations. Now Off for all pages does that.
