Firefox posted something, but it said the missing files had to be there and even though I followed what they said, and showed hidden files (which was my default), the files still aren't there. A complete waste of time.
@Tim - I ran the update (scheduled to run later today, but did it now). Nothing changed. Glad it worked for you. An IT guy I've know for years suggested going back to an earlier version of FF. I'm going to give it a couple of more days, see if anyone here has additional suggestions, and then maybe have to try that. Have I mentioned yet that I really, really dislike Vista 64-bit OS? It's been nothing but a problem from the beginning! Again, thanks to you all. Much appreciated to know that I'm not alone!
