Nora, appreciate the update and counsel. Here's my issue: I'm not an inexperienced computer user and I can't find an extensions folder - nor can I find those extensions.* files people have said to delete. Something is very strange. Do you happen to have a path to this folder? I noticed today that Delicious isn't working either (same issues).
