I've tested Jetpack 0.6 with Firebug 1.4.2 and 1.5b3, both in Firefox 3.6b1 and Firefox 3.5.4, and had no luck at all. If you try to code a jetpack and do console.log() inside it you can't output your debugging to Firebug, it goes directly into the Firefox Error Console. As this is one of the most advertised capabilities of jetpack (that you can debug in Firebug, not reinventing the wheel), I think we (or the jetpack developers) should see what's going on.
