I guess, do not open Firebug UI?

I see the Reload option available and it works if I execute it.

It just work for me. I don't know what is the difference between our
configuration or steps, but could you please setup a new fresh
Firefox profile and install only Firebug in to it?

Except of "collision with another extension" it could be also a
problem
in your Firefox profile

Please let me know what is the result.
