If you don't see the minimize button, it means you got switched to the Firefox DevTools automatically. See the Mozilla Hacks blog <https://hacks.mozilla.org/2016/12/firebug-lives-on-in-firefox-devtools/> for more info why. A minimize button is requested for the DevTools in bug 1178218 <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1178218>.
