The fly in the salad is really a bug (not in a biological 
sense), but it is an exception. The s/key story in FW-1 is not 
bug, it is a design flaw. In other words, even if you found your 
fly in the salad and did complain, you will get another salad 
which again contains a fly. And of course all other guests get a 
salad with a fly too, because the cook puts the fly in every 
salad.

Until you get another cook you will always have a fly in your 
salad.
