As of later this year, Lotus will release a Linux-Version of Notes ! If you don't like Linux, you can already have it on a lot of other platforms. With Exchange, you don't have that choice (and as it is a resource-hog, it will fall flat very soon ;-) ). If you only want to do mail and don't need all the other features Notes brings with it, you can also go with a reasonably secure mail-software, like qmail. This runs on Unix only, though. OTOH, it's free. Before you buy a product, do some research into email in general. cheers, Rainer -- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | Rainer Duffner, Kiosk AG, Switzerland | | [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] | | W3: http://www-stud.fh-konstanz.de/~duffner | ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ - [To unsubscribe, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with "unsubscribe firewalls" in the body of the message.]
