The problem may be with her browser. If she received the browser as part
of an isp package, their install package sets a time limit if you don't
move the mouse. To find out, just watch the monitor without touching
anything for about 5 minutes. It will give a warning that the connection
is about to be broken. You can then choose to disable that feature.
