You might look into the Nokia routers. We use them to run Checkpoint,
but the web interface for the router part of it makes them very easy
to manage. I'm sure you can get them without checkpoint.

Subject: comparably secure router - input?

Greetings,
I have a client who, for reasons they do not wish to share, do
not wish a cisco product for Internet connection. I am a cisco
zealot and can't figure out why, but that is not my issue.
So, my question -- Can someone recommend a router or two
that would compare with security and management features of
Cisco?
Need it to handle split channels off a data/voice shared T1. Since
it is *part* of the firewall structure, it does not have to be the
most secure, but I have not played that much with the other
manufacturers. Also, they do not want to spend a fortune.
thanks
