Napster

I'm not very knowledgeable about firewalls and I don't know how relevant
is this question is but my university has napster block from our network
and I heard a way of getting around this by bouncing off of MCI but I
can't figure out how to bounce off any network.  Any suggestions are
welcome. Thank you in advance.
