I must amend my answer again. Today just isn't my day:( #It is all in the subnet mask. This is a Class C subnet. When performing routing it is the subnet mask that matters i.e. only packets destined for the 10.9.2.0 portion of the class A 10.0.0.0 network will be routed using that statement in the routing table. The 10 network is still a class A network as others have pointed out already.
