Plenty of good papers, no recommendations for books.  I'm not always online,
so a book listing matters a lot.  But thanks for the link.  I've bookmarked
at work and forwarded the link to my home email address.

Paul, I'll work on getting a topical list for books I've found valuable or
had recommended to me often enough to lead me to believe they are important.
I'll get that to you whenever I have a bit of time.  I've done this often
enough for colleagues, that I should already have the list made.
