I found it quite useful to have
/usr/local/share/fish/tools/import_bash_settings.py script ready to import
all the aliases to my fish config file. I found it was removed since this
commit:
commit 768f92303ee405f54c56ab06acb6fb359b730250

Removed python scripts to import bash settings
Is that because of the license of those (two) scripts? Though they still
have some problem importing some of the functions from .bashrc, I found
them quite useful. Anyone working on something similar?
