Really doesn't matter how good/painful/etc. the forum is if nobody who can
answer questions is monitoring it. That seems to be the problem with IRC.
Seems like the problem is "not enough" rather than "nobody", so maybe the
solution is a bot that recommends the mail list of there is no response?
