development teams. It's clearly not meant to be a mechanism for users to
communicate with the developers. So, no, gitter does not satisfy the issues
I've raised. However, I do agree that it appears to be a pretty cool tool
for the core developers to communicate in real-time.
P.S., That gitter URL should be documented in the source tree (even if just
in the README.md).
