When I used the word "respectfully" it was literal. I was not being sarcastic! Given the other conversation going on [1] I was trying to make it clear that my statement respected your proposal even though I was offering a counter argument. The point I was trying to make -- putting the PMAP first improves compression for some cases -- I believe Rolf covered.
