Jorge: I like using Flash Remoting with ColdFusion components for the following reasons:
1. Fast development 2. Flexibility: using Remoting and CFCs, you can move a variety of data types over the pipe 3. Extensibility 4. Maintainability 5. Fast data transfers (can be much more efficient than moving XML) 6. Easily handle authentication and security with ColdFusion (e.g. CFLOGIN) 7.
