Hello Marc, Within the IDE or at runtime via AS, you can rotate, scale and skew(IDE only) Text2Curve object - like any other movieclip.
I'm not quite sure what type of distortion you're looking for... Can you show me some pictures (maybe offlist)? At a glance: 1) If you need place letter along some custom curve - well, right now it's not a feature, but I'm planning it in future versions.
