It does feel like a rip-off. I would like to upgrade to Creative Suite 3 Web Premium, but the price puts me off. Being cheaper in the U.S. makes it even worse. For me, it costs £534.62 + 17.5% VAT + delivery +annoyance.
Adobe should at least absorb the 17.5% Value Added Tax. If the new version of Flash had a proper debugger, it might help.
