it's not available yet outside of the beta but you can go through the documentation here:
http://help.adobe.com/en_US/FlashPlatform/reference/actionscript/3/package-summary.html and take a look at the accelerometer, etc And as far as I understand it: flash player 10.1 is available on android, meaning you can view flash content when you browse the web in android. AIR 2 is available on android, and with this you can export files(apps) to be installed on your phone I don't know the specifics on how to do so, but this article: http://blogs.adobe.com/air/2010/04/adobe_air_applications_for_and.html has links to multiple videos; this link implies that it's easy to do.
