>From what I've tried on the Nexus One, there's no download or anything. playerversion.com says there's no flash installed either. I know some models (HTC Hero?) come with Flash Lite 4 installed, but they're all supposed to be replaced by Flash when it's released (automatically as an update, I'm guessing).
So it's "flash capable", it's just not installed.
