Hey jason I think you're falling foul of the way that flvplayback creates new Video objects every time you add a new stream without destroying the previous streams.
You also cannot kill your last one if you only have one left which I think causes issues like yours but I think you can use numvideos or something similar to loop through the existing video objects to close their streams. Sorry but i'm on my phone so googling around is painful but you should be able to get something from this.
