It's wishful thinking that there is a magic button anywhere that is going to convert any flash app of any real complexity into a fully functional HTML app.

I think Adobe are making strides in this area, but it's nowhere near what you need. If it was, Adobe would be blasting it from the rooftops.

I have seen a simple game built in Flash CC and generating HTML/Javascript but not a conversion from an existing codebase.
