That is a nice utility! 

I took a look and it looks like a programmer could make good use of it.  
The only problem I see is that the callsign holder's name is arranged 
differently for a U.S. call than it is for a Canadian call.  So, at 
least two different parsing schemes would need to be developed to 
accurately recover the first and last names depending upon origin of call.
