Nate, Do you think you could get WM7D to host a short Perl, PHP, or Python script accessible over HTTP (not necessarily port 80)? I'd even be willing to write the script. I'm boggled a bit about why it's still available only using telnet.
The WM7D data seems to be better than just the ULS data having email, website, and grid square. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to have (at least in my tests) any non-US calls. For just the ULS data I'd say it'd be easier to write a Google App Engine app that periodically downloads the FCC updates and serves up the requests. Geocoding would be useful; there's a Yahoo rest API for it but I believe it's limited to 1000 queries per day for the free license key.
