Since the county is not a part of the official FCC data (that I'm aware
of) it's probably calculated from the licensee's ZIP Code.  If the ZIP
Code in question covers an adjacent county, that probably explains the
discrepancy.  Each licensee can log into MArk's site and update non FCC
data if they wish.
