Thanks for answers... I have found something....at least I could decode a nice WFAX from Rio de Janeiro at 16978... So just tune in USB the frequency indicated into rfax.pdf ... IOC is 576 as reported on the same document. Let fldigi put the red airpin at the far right... Wait for some transmission and adjust the slant.... All this did work for me.... Now I am waiting for some transmission from Valparaiso Chile.
