No. Tune in 1.9 KHz lower. Otherwise, you're putting the white frequencies
up at the edge of your audio bandwidth, which can compromise reception. Do
this:

1) Set your fldigi waterfall display to AUDIO
2) Tune 1.9 KHz lower than the listed frequency

Now, 1500 Hz is black, and 2300 Hz is white, which is the *specified
correct* value for reception of WEFAX.

The red lines should be on 1500 and 2300.
