Olivia Tone displacement
Adjusted Olivia / Contestia IFFT tone placement relative to
waterfall center frequency. Difference restrained to no more than
1/2 the mode bandwidth. Most noticeable when tones are < 16.
Note change in .bin.tgz format, include the README.bin within the tarball:
Extract this tarball to /usr/local
This will provide you with all the files that would have resulted from
a ./configure and make install. This will give you menu entries and
icons.
