I have a 'problem' on ubuntu with 3.21.2.bin...

Fldigi 3.21.2 working great on my Ubuntu 10.10, but...
I can't make the localization system to work correctly !
Here is what I do:
1 - Download and check for integrity of the tgz (/tmp/fldigi-3.21.2.bin.tgz)
2 - Become root and move it to /usr/local
3 - unzip/untarred it.
4 - Run it.
Fldigi working great but only in english, not spanish.
This is a feature of the new distribution system or a bug?
