Forgot to include on the posting announcement. It was necessary to
change the delay and length specifiers on the send tone macro tag to
prevent a conflict in parsing the wait delay and the row/col tone for 'D'
<DTMF:Wnnn:Lnnn:digits> where
Wnnn - wait for nnn milliseconds before first tone
Lnnn - length of each tone and silence period (default 50 msec)
i.e. <DTMV:W250:L100:123A-456B-789C-*0#D,,,,>
waits 250 milliseconds
tone symbol length = 100 milliseconds.
silence period between rows, and 4 silence periods at end of transmission.
