Jerome, I am curious as to why it would be better to use M2_HOME instead of absolute paths that are evaluated by Maven when you run the flexbuilder goal?
I understand the problem about sibling dependencies you described above but if that worked correctly is there another reason to use the path from M2_HOME? To me it seems like an extra configuration variable that doesn't provide any benefit because Maven can resolve the full path on the fly.
