Well, which locales are provided by adobe?

The others came from Babel flex bundles, which are absolutely broken
http://ttfx.org/Tontons_Flexeurs/BabelFlex.html

Since they screw this up, I no longer include on flex SDK releases.

I guess I could just remove that ones... but I don't like released artifacts
(screwed or not) just vanish from repos.
