I guess I don't understand this position. These are official
distributions from Adobe, not the broken ones from BabelFlex.
If the locales are broken, it's Adobe's bug. And since it doesn't seem
to affect all users, you make it difficult to use Flexmojos for the
rest of users, just because Adobe produced a broken distribution.

I think you should distribute the Adobe FDK as it is, and log bugs
against Adobe and make FAQ entries as necessary for Adobe's faults,
especially if you're not sure it will actually cause problems.
