Velo was nice enough to push out a full version of the Flex 4 Final SDK with all of the locales to the FM staging location @ http://repository.sonatype.org/content/groups/flexmojos-staging/com/adobe/flex/framework/framework/4.0.0.14159/. If you are using Flex 4 and having the full SDK available on Sonatype is beneficial to you (i.e. - availability of all locales supported by the SDK), please chime in on this thread. With enough interest we may be able to promote this version to the production FM repository.
