You Can use Adobe CS with whatever SDK you like. All you have to do, ist fetch a version from Adobe (http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/flexsdk/Download+Flex+3) that is also available from Sonatype ... I'd recommend 3.6.0.16995 as it is the newest 3.x version. Then you unpack that sdk from adobe into your C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Flash Builder 4\sdks directory and setup your Flash Builder to use it.
You won't get any real support here if you don't use one of the supported sdks, as 90% of the issues with someone complaining were a result of a broken sdk. So please change the sdk to a supoorted one and if the error still persists, feel free to come back and I'll help you.
