Well I doubt that you are actually creating your stuff with Adobe CS as this is not a Product. I will assume you are probably using Adobe Flash Builder. I don't know of any libs that it uses, that are not in the SDK. The only components that are not in the default SDK are (I think) the Automation, the Charts and the Advanced Data Grid. These are available (http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/entitlement/index.cfm?e=flex3sdk). The sdks Velo provides include all of these libs so I really doubt that you will be missing any libs.
