Yes, it's a good sign, but I can't avoid feeling they are more open than in
the past due to the pressure caused by Microsoft's marketing on XAML & C.
Of course, it's just wild guessing on my side, but, as a user, I can't avoid
feeling MM's policy changed as a reaction to Microsoft's recent marketing
activities...
