The whole beta related communications were somewhat.... Inconsistent :-)))
As for me, I applied but I never received any email, not even one stating I
was rejected :-)

Last week an italian company issued a press release stating that they are
the only italian beta tester for Flex:

The press release also include a quote from Rina Ladva, Macromedia 's
European Alliance Manager.

I own both a swiss and an italian passport so maybe there is still hope for
me :-)))
