Those come in handle if you start having shared folders for components
that you use in multiple projects.. but yeah, for now, ignore them :)

Yeah, the output folder is the folder on the web server you want to
"output" the compiled swf and associated HTML/javascript files.  Leave
the "bin" out unless you like having "bin" in your urls.
