Dude, Keep only 1 swf but make sure u just show the right content when the particular request is requested. This is more of playing with the wrapper language , I mean the .net or jsp pages and with the db. Plan well before you go ahead. Clogging the server server with multiple swf's and folders is just a threat to performance of the site.
