I agree with Santosh, I brought the Flex 4 Bible, O'reilly Flex 4 cook book, and adobe Flex 4 book. They're all great, giving a general over view, but don't bring you up to scratch for professional work.
I just got a job as a Flex developer and only had two small examples to show them. But I got the job with many AS3 examples and PHP development experience.
