Hi Sudhira, I think first you should know about Flex framework and then create small applications with flex and air and when you are done with it then you should think about learning framework.
But anyways if you don't like the above advice at all then just for the suggestion from the interview point of view you can go for Cairngorm framework as it is extensively asked nowdays though my personal choice is PureMVC. But still I will say you should first learn Flex/AIR without framework and gradually you should move on. Best of luck !
