if i go with flex 4 what changes i need to do in my already running project which is in flex 3..but if i still use my MX components in flex 4 then what will be the advantage of Using sdk 4.. 1--> what are the advantages of using Flex 4 2-->what issues can i face while making this change. i mean in the components,, style or any other aspect. 3--> how much effort i need to make this change.
