While migrating from flex 3 to flex 4 the main issues you will face will
be related to styling of component ,
let us suppose as canvas support padding properties in 3 but it does not
support in 4. for that You have to go for skinning.
lot of things you will learn while moving from flex 3 to flex 4 , but adobe
recommends that if you are building a new application then
flex 4 is best , but do not translate complete flex 3 app to flex 4 ,
