You should be able to just put the computers IP address into your browser but with the port number attached.
http://192.168.1.100:8080 (or whatver the ip is of the machine running tomcat) if you're viewing it on the machine running tomcat just go to http://localhost:8080 in both these cases you will see the tomcat admin screen.
